Any 1st Call staff can request to study for and receive certification in a core study area:

• Core study areas help the company gain certification which may increase marketing opportunities, reduce product costs, or increase access to vendor resources.

Current Tracks

• Microsoft Certifications:
  - Specialization in Information Worker, Advanced Systems Design
• Cisco Certification:
  - Cisco Sales Engineer, CCNA or CCDA
  - Specialization in (Routing & Switching or Wireless or VPN/Firewall,
    or Global Commerce and others)
• American Power Conversion (APC) Authorized
• IBM Advanced:
  - xSeries Servers
